Saturday | Sweat & Spark @ Merthyr Park (U35) | New Farm

Hey Brisbane singles!

This one's for our fitness lovers aged 35 and under who like to kick start their weekend with a lil sweat sesh and caffeine hit 😍. We'll be hitting up Merthyr Park in New Farm for a 45-minute workout with Tim from Studio 99, followed by a coffee and an opportunity to mingle at Officers Mess! 💘

The workout will be a bodyweight circuit style workout, suitable and scalable for all levels of ability and fitness (don't worry - we don’t leave you TOO sweaty 😉).

Please arrive from 6:45am (see below for the meeting spot) - we’ll start at 7:00am sharp! We’re going earlier to try keep cool and beat the Brisbane summer heat.
