Immerse yourself in the vibrations of the bowls under this earthy Capricorn Full Moon.

The Alchemy of Sound is sound healing Guided by Megan using 5 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls that will connect you to your Endocrine System for higher chakra alignment, healing and releasing emotional imbalances. 

Along with the singing bowls, you will connect to your higher heart as Megan plays the heart chakra drum beat, you will connect to the gentle sounds of the Koshi chime, there will also be a grounding and protection exercise, calming breathing exercises, along with the healing ocean drum and a guided meditation written and guided by Megan.

The Full Moon is a time to release old wounds and embrace new and positive beginnings. Full Moons are often said to affect our emotional layer, the layer connected to the element of water, and with the body made up of around 60 to 70% of water, our emotional body tends to feel affected by the energies of the Full Moon therefore this is a perfect time to release these unwanted emotions and clear away negative and stagnant energy. 

You will also be surrounded in the healing energies from Megan, as a fully qualified Reiki Master she will provide any healing to where it is needed for anyone. 

Megan is also a full-time Spirit Medium and will also be giving out spirit messages and guidance through Tarot cards at the end of the sound bath to those she is drawn to.

PLEASE NOTE:

Sound baths are not suitable for those who wear a pacemaker or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

There is free on street parking behind Bolton Masonic Hall.

You are welcome to stay for a short while afterwards in the bar area for refreshments.

Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, blankets, pillows, and a notebook (which is optional).

Seating area is also available for those who don't wish to lie down.
