A double bill of postdramatic plays from two pre-eminent British writers, Debbie Tucker Green and Caryl Churchill. Both Stoning Mary and Seven Jewish Children deal with uncomfortable contemporary issues that are often overlooked or silenced. How do we explain violence to children? Why do we accept actions and behaviours in one culture that would cause outrage in another? Both plays ask us to renew our perception and question the reality of the world we live in.
