From his home town of Exeter, U.K. Ambient Indie-Folk artist Ollie Dixon creates beautiful, distinctive soundscapes, rich
in limitless imagery and lyrical introspection which is pure musical escapism. This is explored further within Ollie’s music videos, cover artwork and merchandise which depict the visual inspiration behind his music, the landscape, towns and coastlines he considers home. Since first appearing on the scene in the early 2020s Ollie has continued to impress. His music is regularly featured on BBC Introducing in the South and West, placed on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ and ‘Fresh Folk’ playlists and has been selected by Absolute Radio as their ‘Self Released Artist of the Month’.

In 2024 he received U.K. Arts Council backing for the creation of his latest EP ‘ Rebirth’ set to be released through
2025. The title track single ‘Rebirth’ releases on 15th August, and follows singles 'Byegone’ and ‘Solace’. In Ollie's
own words, “Rebirth was inspired by change, rather than running from it,” he says. “It’s the turning of the tide, the
dawn of a new day, the start of a new season, the death of another. It’s all rebirth and a very positive thing too, a
meditation on transformation, healing and the courage it takes to begin again.

The EPs leadout single ‘Byegone’ featured on BBC Introducing in the South West and BBC Radio Devon, included on
‘The A List’ new music playlists on Amazing Radio and reached number 2 in the Amazing Radio New Music Chart.
‘Solace’ made the Amazing Radio and Future Hits Radio ‘A-list’ and was selected by Fresh On The Net for their Fresh
Faves list. Solace reached number 12 in the Soundcloud New & Hot: All genres chart and placed on multiple
Soundcloud Trending and New Folk playlists and has now received over 400K+ plays to date on the Soundcloud
platform.

Since selling out a debut headline show at the Exeter Cavern (200 cap) at the end of 2023, Ollie has continued to tour
the U.K and Ireland, regularly selling out shows across the UK including headline shows in Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool,
London, Brighton, Bristol and Cornwall. He has secured support slots for a number of international artists including
Steph Strings, Max Pope and Jack Botts, played at a number of the U.K. festivals including Boardmasters, Between
the Trees and Oceanfest and headlined shows for Sofar Sounds Bristol and Belfast. Ollie is undertaking a UK EP
Launch tour in October 2025 and European tour at the start 2026.
