U-HAUL MATCHMAKING AT TESSORA'S WINE BAR IN CAMPBELL

Are you ready for an evening of vino & matches? Join us for Thursday San Jose's first ever lesbian matchmaking event!

Matching will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible matchES at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimizes for long-term compatibility, based on values—but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.

How it works:

• Upon arrival, you’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.
• The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal matchES at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
• After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!
• 🎟️Early Bird Ticket: Arrive by 6:30PM
• 🎫General Admission: Arrive by 7:00PM
• 🚪At The Door Ticket: Due to the intimate venue size, door tickets will be highly limited! It is recommended to buy tickets ahead of time if not sold out

• Wine bar full of intentional singles, and a matching experience. Each guest will make THREE matches!

What to expect:

• The matching process is highly intentional. Come with an open mind.
• If your match isn’t love at first sight, that’s okay! The algorithm is designed for long-term compatibility, so at baseline, you’ll be values-aligned. 
• At the end of the day, this will be a great group of single people. Enjoy meeting everyone, and remember to be kind.

Event Structure:

This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.

• 6:30pm—The event begins on time, bar is open. It''s important you arrive BEFORE 7:15 to have time to fill out questionnaire on your phone and to have a drinky drank. 
• 7:15pm—Doors close! The Algorithm begins computing matches
• 7:25pm—A series of clues are released to break off into smaller groups. Within your group is your match! Mingle with everyone in your group to see if you can figure it out on your own who your match is.
• 7:35pm—First match is revealed
• 7:45pm—Second match revealed 
• 7:55pm—Third match revealed 
• 8:05pm—Open form begins 
• 9:00pm—Event concludes  

The venue is Wheelchair accessible and there is no cloakroom for attendees

🥰 Many attendees (40%) come by themselves, so even if you’re the only single in your friendship group, don’t hesitate to join us solo. You’ll find yourself in great company.
