We’re taking over Yume — the brand‑new Japanese‑inspired cocktail lounge that’s taken over the iconic Quality Goods Club space on Hollywood Road.

Think neon‑lit moods, plush booths, and drinks that go down way too easily (gin, soju, shiso, and pistachio aperitivo, anyone?). Hidden beneath the street in its reimagined basement, Yume is Central’s newest playground for good conversations, curious matches, and late‑night chaos.

​Matching will be powered by Matchbox. It’s a software that uses relationship science to find you your most compatible match at the party. The algorithm has matched more than half a million people to date, across 40 countries. It optimizes for long-term compatibility, based on values—but it’s up to you to see if you’ll click.

​How it works:

• ​Upon arrival, you’ll take a matching questionnaire built by Matchbox's team of relationship scientists and curated by your host.
• ​The Matchbox algorithm will identify your optimal match at the party, based on relationship science, AI, and Nobel Prize-winning economics.
• ​After mingling with the whole group, matches are revealed!

Here’s what you'll be doing on the day:

This event is highly intentional and the matching will proceed on schedule. Please be on time.

⏳ 7:30 PM — Arrive on time, grab a drink, and take your matching quiz
🚪 8:30 PM — Doors close + the Algorithm starts computing
🕵️ 8:30 PM — 1st match is revealed
💘 9:00 PM — 2nd match is revealed
📱 9:30 PM — 3rd match is revealed

There will be 3 matches for everyone throughout the night, so in case you got matched with someone different from your gender preference, no stress! At least one of the three matches will be a romantic match!
