Join us for a sacred evening of cacao, gentle breathwork, guided meditation, sound, and personal reflection, held in a space of trust, safety, and sisterhood. This ceremony is designed to help you slow down, connect with your heart, and realign with your inner self.

Together, we will:

This experience is perfect for anyone seeking mindful connection, emotional release, or a moment of self-care in a welcoming community.

✨ Accessibility & Sensory Information

This is a live, immersive group experience and may include:

• Gentle music

• Crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments

• Shamanic drumming

• Guided breathwork and meditation

• Periods of silence and reflection

• Variations in sound and vibration throughout the evening

Everyone experiences sound differently. If you have sensory sensitivities, hearing sensitivities, PTSD, autism, anxiety around sound, or any other accessibility needs, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether the experience is suitable for you and how I may be able to support your needs.

You are very welcome to bring personal comfort items such as ear defenders or earplugs if these help you feel safe and relaxed.

Your wellbeing is important. You are always free to take a break, step outside, or leave the circle at any time should you need to.

Please note that, due to the nature of a live group experience, individual volume preferences cannot always be accommodated throughout the session.

No previous experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. Whether this is your first women’s circle or you are returning to deepen your journey, you will be welcomed with warmth and without judgement.

This is a space to be seen, heard and held in community.
