Bassmentality w/ Kanine, Tsuki, Upgrade

Bassmentality returns 15 March after a brief break after shows with Holy Goof, Skepsis, Darkzy & TQD. It's been a while since we brought you an all about DnB show - so we've put together a BELTER for you: a triple headline show featuring three of our favourite DJ's and producers in DnB.

The usual suspects are out in force supporting the bill - with ATYK, Resonent & Mr Mac on selection duty.

Kanine -

Supported by some of the biggest and most influential names in Drum & Bass, the young Londoner known as Kanine is living up to his potential and developing into a headline act with a long career ahead of him. Originally recognised as one of the leading names in the new wave of Jump Up producers that have helped force the sound into the mainstream, his sound is evolving all the time as he moves towards being one of the more versatile artists in the 175 BPM range.

Releases on highly respected labels such as Low Down Deep, Titan and Distortion have led to a hectic touring schedule across the UK, Europe and beyond and everything points towards an even busier 2019.

Upgrade -

Not wanting to be pigeonholed as one-dimensional, Upgrade is a producer constantly looking to diversify and evolve, which is what makes him such an exciting prospect. Well aware of the fact it’s an increasingly saturated industry, he’s working harder than ever in the studio to hone in on his production and stay ahead of the game. The biggest moment of Upgrade’s journey to date, and a moment which gave him even more desire to fulfil his dream, was signing to a label he has always respected; the legendary Serial Killaz.

And if you’ve been to a drum & bass rave in recent months, you’ve probably heard the track that forced the Serial Killaz boss to evacuate his car, too. It’s bouncy, it’s infectious, and it’s called Gunshots. It’s also a tune that encapsulates what he’s all about – making music that makes people want to dance – the fundamental essence of drum & bass.

Tsuki -

Dom Tsuki has had an unprecedented 2018 largely thanks to his production ability transferring very well into the live scene. A hectic schedule has seen him debut at some of the biggest DnB shows across the world playing alongside, and eventually becoming, one of the most talked about DJ's in the genre.
