Spotlight Cardiff Business Breakfast

Join us for a morning of networking and see if you're any good at tying knots! 

This month we'll be joined by Challenge Wales who will be teaching us different knots used to tie off certain parts of their 72ft around the world sailing yacht. 

They'll be showing us different knot tying techniques but also sharing what they do with young adults to help build their skills. 

So when and where is the breakfast?

It'll be on Tuesday 5th December, 7.45am - 9.30am at the Holiday Inn, Cardiff North (J32)

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking at the venue

How much is it? 

For our spotlight members it's £10 online and £12 pay on the day 

For our visitors it's £12 online and £15 pay on day 

What will happen at the breakfast?

Well at 7.45am we'll be kick starting our breakfast and will be joined by visiting businesses at one of the conference rooms at the Holiday Inn, Cardiff North. When you arrive you will be signed in by one of our team members and then you can help yourself to hot drinks, juice or water at the hotels new tea and coffee station. 

If you're unfamiliar with how our breakfast's are run or would like to be introduced to one of our guests, then speak to one of our team members.  

When all guests have arrived we will then make our way to the restaurant area where you can help yourself to as much or a little breakfast as you'd like. After everyone has gotten their breakfast we will then make our way back to the meeting room and be seated back around the table. 

Once everyone has finished their breakfast we will then start off with an ice breaker and then introductions from everyone around the table. Each person has 60 seconds to talk to the room about their business and who their ideal connections are. Don't forget to bring your business cards/flyers to pass around! 

After introductions are over and we have heard from everyone from around the table we will then have a 5 minute break for coffee. After everyone is back and seated, either the team or one of our members will give a 10 minute presentation. If time is allowing we will have a one to one session will all businesses in the room. 

The breakfast will then finish at 9.30am where you can stay and carry on networking in the conference room or in the hotel seating area. 

Please Note: Online booking is only available until 3pm day before the event. If you cannot book your ticket after that time you are able to Pay on the Day. If you are unable to book online but would still like to attend please contact Bethan Davies at Bethan.davies@spotlight.wales. 

Any cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the event, failure to notify will result in an invoice for unpaid spaces.
