From the talc-powered 21st century northern soul smash ‘Across a Cigarette’ (BBC 6 music, BBC introducing TRACK OF THE WEEK, Radio 1 Rock Show) to New Wave Pre-Fab camaraderie in ‘Flatpack Man’ Mock Tudors tread the genre boards with all the grace of a dump truck in reverse - AKA great fun.
