Terms and Conditions:
1. We will endeavour to seat large parties together, however due to the nature and
individual design of our function suites, this may not always be possible.
2. To reserve your table, a full-prepayment is required and gratuities are at your discretion.
3. Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the hotel at least 7 days before the event.
4. Please be aware that for parties over 12 guests, a menu pre-order is required 14 days prior to the event.
5. The dress code for all events is dress to impress, no jeans, trainers or tshirts.
6. All events are subject to availability.
7. All events are non-refundable unless notice of cancellation is given 10 days prior to the event
8. In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion), without any further liability to the hotel.
9. No additional food or drinks of any kind are permitted into the hotel by party organisers or guests.
