Jake Smith holds the role of Senior Income Tracking Analyst for Warner Chappell Music UK (WCM UK). In his role he works with WCM UK's diverse roster of world-class songwriters to help maximise revenue and ensure they are paid correctly for the usage of their work. Jake works closely with Warner Chappell Music's global teams and uses data received from collecting societies to make sure writers and partners are paid quickly and efficiently.

Jake started his career in the music industry in 2012 as an Office Assistant for EMI Music Publishing. Jake spent time across a host of different departments such as Finance, Sync, Admin and A&R, which gave him a broad knowledge of the publishing world. He then joined WCM UK in 2018 within the royalties team.
