On Friday 24th October, we’re taking over The Church at One Marylebone for a night that marks a new chapter in the HOPSHOP story.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Valid Ticket Required: Entry is subject to a valid ticket purchased through the official ticketing platform. Tickets are non-transferable where stated at checkout and may not be resold for commercial gain.
2. Age Restriction: Entry is strictly subject to the event’s advertised age policy. Valid physical government-issued photo ID is required. Photographs or digital copies of ID may not be accepted.
3. Right of Admission: HOPSHOP and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, abusive or in breach of venue rules. A ticket does not guarantee entry if entry requirements are not met.
4. Last Entry: Guests must arrive within the entry window specified on their ticket. Late arrival may result in refused entry or an additional charge, where applicable.
5. Ticket Policy: All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, late arrival, failure to meet entry requirements or refusal of entry due to a breach of these terms, except where required by law or under the event’s cancellation policy.
6. Event Changes: HOPSHOP reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, lineup, entertainment or other arrangements where necessary. Surprise guests are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
7. Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified through the ticketing platform and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the ticketing platform’s policies.
8. Venue Rules: All guests must comply with venue security procedures, licensing requirements and staff instructions. Prohibited items and unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
9. Photography & Videography: Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please notify event staff if you have concerns about appearing in promotional material.
10. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. HOPSHOP and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or unattended items, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Conduct: Harassment, violence, discrimination or any behaviour that compromises the safety of others will not be tolerated.
12. Agreement: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests agree to these terms and the venue’s applicable rules.
