Prioritising our well-being during the colder months can sometimes feel like a bit of a drag… it’s 8am.. your lying in bed on a Sunday.. it’s brass monkeys outside and hittin’ that snooze button and grabbing an extra few hours can feel all too tempting.
If your feeling that call to embrace the great outdoors and do something incredible for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health… come join the fun 🙌🏽

Starting point: 10.30am - Bowdon Bridge car park along Kinder Road in Hill Houses: 165 Kinder Road, SK22 2LJ

Ending point (around 3.30pm
Kinder Scout, situated in the Dark Peak region, is the highest point in the Peak District. Rising up to a whopping elevation of 636 meters (2,087 feet), it is referred to as the "Peak of Peaks." When we reach the top… it’s all about them views.
Parking: Small car park in old quarry near Hayfield. 27 spaces . Pay & Display - coins only . Toilets available.
Estimated walk time: 4.5 hours
Hydration: is key. Bring plenty of water.
Clothing: we'll be wild dipping, so ensure to bring warm clothes, swim wear, towel, and a hot flask if you feel called.

For those who want to continue the good vibes and refuel we’ll arrange to move as a pack to the local country pub for food, drinks, warmth and bants.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is conscious controlled breath that promotes relation whilst simultaneously energising the brain and the body. Breathwork sessions offer the opportunity for self-healing and feelings of freedom for blockages that we've accumulated during our life journey.
Make the most out of the session:
- Do not eat within 90 minutes before the session.
- Ensure good hydration prior to attending but refrain from drinking lots of water before entering.
