What better way to get fit than with a hula hoop! Channel your inner child and spice up your exercise routine with a workout that improves strength, co-ordination and most importantly, has the fun factor thrown in for good measure!
During my class you will get an all over body work using the hula hoop. I will also teach beginner hooping tricks such as:

What do I wear?
Sports clothes & trainers. Whatever you wear make sure it's comfortable eg, leggings, t-shirt etc
How do I get there?
Parking – plenty of free parking on Courtrai Road and surrounding residential roads.
Bus – bus stop outside on Brockley Rise for bus routes: P4, 122, 172, 171
Train – St. Hilda’s is 5-10 minutes’ walk from Crofton Park Station and Honor Oak Park station
