Join us for a light-hearted yoga flow designed to help you loosen up, laugh, and genuinely connect. Whether you can hold a perfect tree pose or wobble your way through warrior, this mixer is all about good vibes, mindful movement, and meeting people who are as open-minded as they are open-hearted.

Start your evening with a warm, welcoming yoga flow designed to relax the body and open up the conversation. We’ll meet at the studio for a lighthearted, beginner-friendly session—think gentle stretching, partner poses, and playful icebreakers that make it easy to meet new people.

After we roll up the mats, the group will head out together for a bar hop to nearby spots. Whether you’re sipping mocktails or cocktails, you’ll have plenty of chances to mingle, chat, and keep the good vibes flowing. Expect a laid-back atmosphere, friendly faces, and a night that blends mindfulness, movement, and a little adventure.
