General Admission Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchases
Single Entry: This ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the venue until 12:00 AM. Re-entry is not permitted.
Arrival Time: Guests are advised to arrive early to avoid lengthy queuing times. For group ticket purchases, all members must arrive together to prevent confusion at the door.
Venue Guidelines: Ticket holders must adhere to the venue's entrance guidelines, including the specified Halloween dress code (fancy dress attire required).
Ticket and ID Verification: Upon arrival, ticket holders must present their ID, email confirmation, and the card used to purchase the tickets. Your information will be checked by the door host for entry verification.
Admission Requirements: The ticket holder must comply with the venue’s entrance policies, including age restrictions, dress code (Halloween attire required), and rules regarding intoxication.
Refusal of Admission: Failure to adhere to venue guidelines may result in refusal of admission. This decision is at the discretion of the venue's security team.
Event Changes: Entertainment, decorations, acts, and performers are subject to change. Intoxicated individuals will not be granted entry.
No Refund for Non-Compliance: Refunds will not be issued if admission is refused due to failure to comply with the venue’s entrance guidelines.
Event Cancellation: Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled. If the event is moved to another venue, refunds will not apply.
Table Bookings: Table bookings must be claimed by the specified time to avoid entry issues. Please check with the event manager for details.
