XSM - Ex Simple Mind

Ex Simple Mind come to Ironworks, Inverness on Saturday April 8th featuring Former Simple Mind member Brian McGee and 80’s popstar Owen Paul XSM.

Brian was undoubtedly responsible for defining the unmistakable sound of the early Simple Minds albums with blistering rhythm tracks such as Theme for Great Cities, Love Song, I Travel, The American, Changeling and Chelsea Girl.

Fans can expect to hear stunning renditions of all their favourite tracks including Don’t You (Forget About Me), Alive and Kicking, Promised You A Miracle, Waterfront and more!

XSM (Ex Simple Mind) formed in 2010 and have successfully toured the UK, Germany, Holland, and the Far East with 80's popstar Owen Paul, Brian's brother, on vocals.

The band last performed in the Highlands on the Garden Stage (main stage) at Belladrum Festival in 2014 which for many was a highlight of the festival.
