Welcome to Mending Hearts Southampton.

  Are you navigating the pain of heartbreak, loss, or grief? You don't have to walk that path alone. We are a supportive, confidential community that provides a safe space to share, listen, and find comfort together.

  Our meetings are gently guided by the hope and truth found in the Bible, believing that God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We come together not with easy answers, but with open hearts and a willingness to listen.

  This is a peer-support group, not a replacement for professional therapy. We can, however, provide signposting to trusted Christian counsellors and therapists for those seeking additional support.

  Whether your loss is recent or from long ago, all are welcome here. We meet on Zoom to make it easy and safe to take that first step.
