An Evening with Will Greenwood, ex England Rugby Union player, at Wetherby Racecourse on Thursday 19th May 2016. Will was a World Cup winner in 2003, gained 55 caps, scoring 31 tries in the process. He toured with the British & Irish Lions and is now a successful broadcaster. Will is one of England’s greatest ever rugby players. In a professional career that spanned 11 years and 55 international caps he established a reputation as an unsurpassed mid-field creator.

Will played for Preston Grasshoppers & Waterloo, before moving to Leicester Tigers & Harlequins (two stints). He got his first cap for England in 1997 and toured with the British & Irish Lions 3 times (1997/2001/2005) including the series win in South Africa.
He is now a successful broadcaster, predominantly with Sky Sports & the Telegraph. He is a reknowned public speaker and this is a unique chance to hear him talk about his time in rugby, life afterwards, including his work with grassroots initiatives & his views on the current state of English rugby.
