⚽ Tournament Format

The Leeds Street World Cup is designed to keep matches fast, exciting, and full of action from start to finish.

🥇 First Team To 3 Goals Wins

The most important rule of the tournament:

🚨 The first team to score 3 goals automatically wins the match, regardless of how much time remains.

This means every attack matters and every goal could be the winning goal.

⏱ Maximum Match Time: 7 Minutes

Each game lasts a maximum of 7 minutes.

If neither team reaches 3 goals within the allocated time, the team with the highest score when the final whistle blows will be declared the winner.

This creates fast-paced, high-intensity football where teams must attack, defend, and make decisions quickly.

🤝 If the scores are level after 7 minutes:

• A 1-minute Golden Goal period will be played

• The first team to score during Golden Goal wins immediately

• If no goals are scored during Golden Goal, the match will be decided by a penalty shootout
