The Ticket holder is admitted on the condition, and by use of this ticket agrees that:

This Ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the event “BHARAT KE SAATH” to be held in Victoria Warehouse Manchester, United Kingdom on 15.06.2019 (hereinafter referred as “Event”) organized jointly by BHARAT ARMY under license from Travel Magic Limited & BrandAid Events Private Limited (hereinafter referred as “Event Organizer/Promoter’’) for which this Ticket grants admission;

The Event Organizer/Promoter is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights to the Event and Event Information;

The right to admission to an Event is reserved by the Event Organizer/Promoter and Event Venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the event gets cancelled, the Event Organizer/Promoter shall not be responsible for any claim or compensation.

The Event Organizer/Promoter not to be held responsible/ liable in case of any cancellation from any of the Artists who are going to perform at the Event.

No refunds will be offered to holders who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behavior (including smoking in no-smoking areas), carrying weapons, liquor from outside the Event Venue or illegal substances, or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings.

The Ticket holder is strictly requested to follow all security instructions and measures.

The holder grants unrestricted rights to use the holder's likeness incidental to any broadcast, telecast, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event or otherwise to the participating artists, promoters of the Event, and all entities affiliated with the Event, or their respective agents.

Event Organizer/Promoter shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuables and parking outside the Event Venue is completely at the owner’s risk.

The ticket purchaser waives any dispute against www.bharatarmy.comand/or www.fatsoma.co.uk or DesiAfterparty

All legal disputes will come only before the Courts in London, United Kingdom.

Bharat Army is only involved as a brand and any and not be made a Party in disputes and not to be held responsible for any disputes/ issues.

Warning! The ticket holder bears the risk of the dangers incidental to this event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of being struck by thrown or projected objects, atmospheric effects, strobe light usage, or loud noises. If struck or adversely affected by anything associated with the event, immediately contact an usher for assistance. All tickets sold are final and no refunds or exchanges are permitted unless expressly permitted by policies of the organizer. Policies and procedures adopted are subject to change at any time without notice. The event promoter/organizer reserves the right to cancel the event including specifically (but not exclusively) in case of force majeure, the risk to health and safety, loss of property, security, restrictive entry or cancellation of performance by the artist.
