Venue Policy and Code of Conduct

• Music Requests: Song requests are at the sole discretion of the DJ. While the DJ will do their best to accommodate your preferences, selections will be made with the overall atmosphere and crowd in mind. Please note that music promoting violence or involving Bhangra is strictly prohibited.
• Behaviour Policy: Any form of aggressive, disruptive, or anti-social behaviour — including excessive yelling, inciting violence, harassment, or intimidation — towards guests, staff, security, or the DJ will result in immediate removal from the venue. Offenders will be permanently banned, and relevant details may be shared with the Metropolitan Police, along with an incident report.
• Outside Food & Drink: No outside food or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are permitted inside the venue. Any such items will be confiscated and disposed of. Clean tap water is available free of charge upon request.
• Drugs & Illegal Substances: Possession or use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly forbidden. If you are found in possession or under the influence, you will be removed from the venue immediately, issued a permanent ban, and reported to the Metropolitan Police with full details of the incident.
• Refund Policy: Under any circumstances, refunds will not be issued. By purchasing one or more tickets, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
