Description
Ever wanted to try boxing? Come down to the University of Reading Boxing Society's taster session. No experience needed, all abilities welcome!

You'll learn the basics: stance, footwork, punches and pad work, coached in a friendly and supportive environment. There's no sparring at the taster, so you can just turn up and give it a go.

⚠️ Spaces are limited to 35. No ticket, no entry.

What to bring

• Comfortable gym clothes and trainers
• A water bottle
• Gloves and wraps if you have them (spares available if not)

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in and start on time.
