REFUNDS

No refunds will be given if you are refused entry to an event, escorted out for bad behaviour or can no longer attend the event.

If a dj, act or artist cancels or can no longer perform at the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to the event and not an artist specific show.

If the venue or the event date has to change for any reasons beyond our control, you will not be entitled to a refund but your ticket(s) will be valid for any other rescheduled date or venue.

Refunds will only be given if an event is cancelled with no plans of it being rescheduled.
