FULL REFUNDABLE DETAILS In the unfortunate case that you do not achieve your University offer: 1) Your ticket / wristband is transferrable to the NEW city you're going to university in, as long as we are running events in your city. 2) If you don't get into university, then your ticket will be refunded. To transfer your ticket: - Email refunds@yourfreshersguide.com with the subject '2026 transfer' - Provide proof (UCAS evidence) of your new university, valid photographic ID and the name that your ticket was purchased under (if it differs from the name on your ID). You'll be given full instructions on how to go about transferring your ticket. To receive a refund: - Request a refund through Fatsoma. - You MUST provide proof (UCAS evidence) of your university change / deferral / rejection and a valid photographic ID. - Email the above proof to refunds@yourfreshersguide.com with the subject '2025 Refund' along with the name that your ticket was purchased under (if it differs from the name on your ID). Collecting your wristband is simple. Just collect it at the first event on the wristband, or alternatively at any event after this. (Sunday 13th September @ Engine Rooms 10:30PM onwards)

Please arrive by 11PM to ensure smooth entry to the venue. Our events are extremely busy, so to minimise queuing times it is recommended to arrive as early as possible!
Due to legal reasons, there will be nothing we can do once ticket sales match the venue capacity. The event will be marked as SOLD OUT and no further tickets will be made available.

❓ Why are there so many different ticket tiers?

🅰️ All early access & standard tickets are the same, the only difference is the price. The earlier you buy, the cheaper your tickets will be! VIP Tickets include a T shirt & Queue Jump on the night.

❓ Is my ticket refundable?

🅰️ If you do not get into your first choice university, we will: transfer your ticket to your new university city as long as we do events in that city, or refund your ticket if we do not do events in that city. Your tickets are also protected if we go into another lockdown.

❓ Can I bring friends who aren't going to my university?

🅰️ Sure! Our events are open to everyone! Just make sure they come with their dancing shoes & good vibes 🎉

❓ Does my ticket need to be in my name?

🅰️ No it does not, the only thing that is important is the barcode that we will scan on the night. Make sure not to share this with anyone when you've purchased your ticket & be careful if you buy a ticket from another customer as they could still use the barcode before you. We recommend purchasing directly from us to be safe!
