Dublin I am coming for some summer sessions in the SUN! Come and join me on Saturday 11th July as I deliver a 90 minute masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work!

What to expect at the session -

- 14 players per group

- 90 minutes of high level football & fitness coaching

- All sessions delivered by coach Josh Paul

- High intensity football drills and match play

- Q + A with coach Josh

Time - 12.30pm - 2pm

What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
