Your ticket will be available for box office collection on the night of your chosen event. For safety and security reasons we do not post tickets out to persons addresses. Please bring your identification and confirmation email with you on the night of the event to gain entrance.

Refund Policy: Should an event not take place but be moved to another date then the tickets will be transferred to the new date. Tickets are non refundable unless an event is cancelled on the day of the event, in this instance a full refund will be made to the ticket holder.

Ticket Terms & Conditions: If purchasing group tickets please ensure you arrive as a group with the named ticket holder.
Standard conditions of entry apply. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
Photographic Identification is required as a condition of entry; Please bring a valid form of Identification with you to ensure entry.

We ask that all ticket holders arrive at the venue before midnight. All tickets allow for queue jump & priority entry.
