Fresh Ideas for Healthy Eating with Aggie Redpath

Aggie Redpath is one of Suffolk's much loved radio presenters, cooks, food writers and horticulturists and on Sunday April 24th we are privileged to have her present a fantastic workshop at Lavenham Farmers' Market. 

Like many of us, Aggie hates the idea of dieting but she is a huge supporter of healthy eating and she works hard to encourage people to improve their diet by reducing refined sugars and introducing fresh herbs and amazing flavours using a delicious, unique range of salted lemons, salted oranges and salted marmalades. As a working mum Aggie also understands the constraints of time and budget and so all her recipes aim to provide inspiration for those of us wanting to turn midweek meals into more inspiring offerings without it costing the earth or taking hours.

Tickets cost just £25 to include full cooking demos, the opportunity to taste lots of delicious samples, full refreshments and a Suffolk Market Events Goodie Bag complete with a selection of recipes, a handful of Neal's Yard sample products and a jar of Aggie's delicious Salted Lemons.

The workshop will start at 11am and run until 1pm. The award winning Lavenham Farmers' Market will be taking place at the same time, downstairs in the main hall so we do recommend arriving early in order to get time to look around the market.
