Girls Get Mindful Yoga Class

Hey Girlies!

Join us for an all abilities evening yoga class with the lovely Arabella! Bells has taught at our previous Mindfulness main event and she is a wonderful teacher! 

The class with be 7:30-8:30pm in Codsall. We will do a meet up point at 6:45 at Codsall train station, then its only a 9 min walk to the class!

For those driving, there is the co-op car park nearby that allows car parking for up to 4 hours.
