Terms and Conditions; Please read these carefully, by purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to them!

We must encourage you to buy your tickets as soon as possible. This year we are seeing ticket sales move at record speed. Don't miss out!

You can request a refund or exchange if you do not get into the university of your choice; this must be done no later than 5 days after results day. You will need to provide UCAS evidence to show that you did not obtain a place at a university within the specified city. If we are running the same event in another city you may transfer your ticket to that city.

Note: Fatsoma does not refund the booking fees on tickets, these are used to cover payment costs.

If the event is not able to go ahead due to Covid-19 we will reschedule the event for a new date in order to ensure you can attend, if the event must be cancelled completely due to Covid-19 we will accept all refund requests.

Persons under the age of 18+ are not entitled to attend the event and will be denied entry.

Entry will be denied to anyone who cannot provide valid photo proof of identity. We will only accept Drivers License or passport proving you are 18 years or over.

Student ID must be presented at the door. Non students can attend as long as they are accompanied by other students.
This event is ticket only, once the event sells out there will be no tickets on the door.

In the unlikely case that social distancing measures and restrictions are still in place you do not need to worry, the event will be ran as a socially distanced, Covid compliant event, and you will still get to experience what we have to offer.

Elements of the event will be subject to changes, including the date and venue. By purchasing a ticket you are accepting that changes may occur. Rest assured we will always deliver the highest standard of event relevant to the situation.

Last entry times can be found on the event page. You must be in the queue before this time to guarantee entry.

Anyone deemed to be too intoxicated at the door will be denied entry and you will not receive a refund.

We will accept no liability for lost property during the duration of the event.
