Grounding meditation. (Friday 18:30)

Leaving the busy of lives and stepping in to the weekend.

A guided 30 minute meditation inviting you in to the present moment.

All you need to do is lie down, invite in this stillness and be guided by my voice.

NATURE MEDITATION: ECONIDRA (Saturday 09:30)

Experience a nature meditation inspired by the principles of Yoga Nidra, where the restorative practice of shavasana seamlessly blends with deep Nature Connection. In this session, participants are gently guided through a triple-layered journey designed to foster presence, relaxation, and a profound sense of unity with the natural world.

• Journey through the Senses: Begin by awakening and tuning into each of your senses, allowing the environment to anchor you in the present moment and cultivate mindful awareness.• Pilgrimage through the Body: Progress to a gentle exploration of bodily sensations, encouraging relaxation and helping you reconnect with your physical self as a source of grounding and comfort.• Journey through Earth Soundscapes: Conclude by immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of the earth, letting these natural rhythms guide you deeper into relaxation and enhance your connection to the world around you.

This meditation offers a unique opportunity to slow down, centre yourself, and embrace the tranquillity of nature, creating space for rejuvenation and self-discovery as you step into your weekend.

A deeply relaxing practice – 45 minutes.

BREATH AWARENESS: An introduction to Breath Coaching (Sunday 09:30)

This is a guided session that I always utilise at the start of a breath coaching course with individuals.

The purpose of this session is not to change your breath in any way or to encourage breathing in a specific style.

Rather, the intention is to support you in focusing on your own breath through careful observation and heightened awareness.

You will be guided through each stage of the breath, with gentle prompts to direct your attention to each area involved in the process.

By doing so, you are encouraged to gradually open your awareness to the subtle sensations and experiences of breathing within your own body.

This is the guided breath awareness that I use at the beginning of each breath coaching course. It helps to foster a sense of presence and mindfulness. It is also instrumental in laying the groundwork for deeper self-awareness, supporting you as you begin to engage with your breath in a more conscious and attentive manner.

Growing GRATITUDE: The Symbolism of the TREE (Saturday 11:00)

Gratitude is an active habit.

Neurographica is a structured drawing method developed by Dr. Pavel Pisarev that combines art and psychology.

By focusing on the act of drawing, Neurographica enables participants to explore their inner states and foster personal growth in a mindful and intentional way.

In this particular drawing exercise, we will focus on the powerful symbolism of the tree to cultivate and deepen our sense of gratitude.

The tree serves as a visual representation, allowing us to nurture gratitude not only for ourselves but also for our community and the wider environment.

By engaging with this imagery, we gain a unique perspective; the process enables us to see, clearly mapped out on paper, the abundance that is already present in our lives.

This visual journey encourages reflection and appreciation, reinforcing the connections between our inner growth and the richness of the world around us.

A relaxing process that will take approx 45 minutes.

NATURE JOURNALLING – EXPLORING INNER AND OUTER LANDSCAPES ( Sunday 11:00)

During this session, you will be gently guided through a series of prompts and writing techniques designed to help you delve into both your internal world and the environment around you.

Through these reflective exercises, you will have the opportunity to observe how your inner thoughts, feelings and states are often mirrored in your external surroundings.

This mindful practice will last approximately 45 minutes, encouraging a deeper awareness and appreciation of the interplay between your personal experiences and the world you inhabit.

PAUSE IN STILLNESS ( Saturday and Sunday 14:00)

This session offers a gentle invitation to set aside 15 minutes for intentional rest and reconnection. You are encouraged to lie down and establish a connection with Mother Earth, allowing yourself to fully embrace a state of stillness. During this time, you may become aware of the subtle vibrations of music resonating through the ground beneath you. Alternatively, you might simply find yourself drifting into a restful and peaceful place within. The focus is on letting go, being present, and nurturing a sense of calm and ease as you remain grounded and supported by the earth.

NATURE AND FOREST BATHING TALK (Saturday and Sunday 13:00)

Join me to discover what Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing are, how sessions are formatted and what you can expect from a session. This is ended with a short meditation to open your senses called pleasures of presence. This will take 30 minutes in total

Join me to explore the concepts of Nature Therapy and Forest Bathing.

You will discover what these practices entail, providing insight into how sessions are typically structured and what you may expect when participating; gaining a clearerunderstanding of the experience awaiting you.

To end the session we will offer a brief meditation called 'Pleasures of Presence'. This meditation is designed to gently open your senses, helping you attune more deeply to the natural world around you. The entire session lasts 30 minutes
