Cuban salsa with Frances Pace: beginners class, rueda class (intermediates), plus social dancing

Welcome to Cuban salsa Eastbourne!

Join us for a fabulous Cuban dance evening at The Crown & Anchor (in the function room upstairs).

Open to everyone - whether you're completely new to salsa or an experienced dancer. Feel free to come on your own or with friends - either is fine (but make sure you book a place for each person coming).

7pm BEGINNERS: In the beginners' class, you’ll learn more than just steps. The focus is on connection, balance, and the magic of moving together. You’ll have a chance to both lead and follow, explore musicality, master your body movement, and get handy tips on counting the rhythm.

7.40pm INTERMEDIATES: More advanced dancers are welcome to join the vibrant Rueda de Casino class, where we dance as a group, switch partners, and experience the joy of Cuban-style salsa in a circle!

8.20pm SOCIAL DANCING: Grab a drink, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and dance!

- Beginners are welcome to watch the intermediate rueda class, and stay on to join the social
- Intermediates are welcome to join the earlier beginners class to help out (no extra charge)
