Dress Code
We do not allow fancy dress, sportswear, gold chains, body glitter, face gems, hen
party accessories into NAÔ POOL CLUB. We have right of admission.

Age Limit

NAÔ POOL CLUB is a family place, children and youngsters under 21 years old are
allowed in the pool area on Tuesdays and Thursdays, always accompanied by a
parent or minder. They are allowed in the restaurant every day of the week. If you
plan to come with children, it is best to ask when making the reservation if the
the desired day is possible or not to come with them.
Pool parties the entrance is strictly 21 years old. Opening & Closing Parties the
entrance is strictly 21 years old

Food & Drinks
It is not permitted to bring any food or drink inside the property or take any
bottles/drinks outside of the property

Opening Times
NAÔ POOL CLUB is open from 12 am until 8pm.

Storage
NAÔ POOL CLUB does not store client items, or suitcases, you need to arrange this
with your accommodation.

Refunds
The beds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit. If you need to
change a booking, we need 24 hours' notice.
If in the event of bad weather, the booking will be moved to another day or the client will receive a credit voucher valid for use for the 2023 season.

Dogs
We do not allow dogs into the property.
