For rooms that accommodate less than 3 people theremay be an additional charge

Passengers must ensure they have a valid passport prior to travel

All payment schedules must be kept (failure to do so will incur extra charges or booking may be revoked without refund)

Travel insurance is NOT provided but is highly recommended (usually costs around £11 per passenger)

Strict code of conduct must be followed an disclaimers must be signed before arrival

Passengers are responsible for the safe keeping of all their belongings

Deposits are non refundable

All passengers mus be prepared for the possibility of traveling a day early. In the event of this happening.

In the unlikely event of the trip being cancelled all payments will be refunded.

No antisocial behaviour will be tolerated whilst on the trip.

A full itinerary will be released prior to the first event. In keeping within our duty of safety regulations if weather conditions aren’t permitting for outdoor events, alternative programming will be arranged.

All attendees must follow the itinerary of the trip. This is also to ensure your safety and security whilst on the trip.

Only events that are noted with ‘Primo Cups’ will include free drinks. Primo Cups can be purchased before the event which will entitle you to refillable cocktail. Free drinks may be limited to a time frame or a capped number per guest.

Transport to and from events may not be provided for all events, however travel information will be aided by Primo Entertainment team members and passengers will be informed of free transport and cheapest transport options.

It is the duty of the passenger to abide by all of these terms and conditions to ensure the smooth running of the trip.

This is all subject to vary depending on package and date of initial deposit.
  
You can even pay the trip off sooner. For example for scheduled payments, a larger deposit can be made to balance out later payments if preferred.

All remaining balances must be paid: Two Weeks Prior To EventPayments are balanced based on the month you choose to book and will always require a minimum deposit of £100. 

Payments will the be equally divided amongst the remaining months. This will be clearly explained for passengers via email.

Note. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of the trip being cancelled.
