Belly Dance Classes - Beginner Fundamentals

Belly Dance your way to a more feminine, fit, flexible and confident self. A great way to learn to move smoothly, with control and challenge your body and mind everyweek.


Perfect for Beginners/General Level, or those with some experience looking to get back into Belly Dance to learn to move again. This class covers the basic essential moves in Fusion Belly Dance. Fusion Belly Dance is super exciting as it incorporates a few elements of other dance styles + Belly Dance. You get a gorgeous mix! 


You'll be amazed how much you can learn when you put in the time, effort to show up every week, and get results.

Students can participate in studio OR online via pre-recorded videos. 

All classes are recorded for practice.

What you'll learn: 

The important foundation moves to get your Belly Dance Training started and make you fall in love with this art form. Every week, you'll start to understand how your body learns, connects, and sees how it all falls into place. Fully immerse and integrate these moves into your body. 


Class involves : Warm up, technique, choreography & cool down.


- Simple & fun teaching style instructions that teach you to get to know & learn how to use different muscles in your body. 


- Build your isolations, coordination, gracefulness, improve your range of flexibility & feel extra gorgeous & confident in your own skin & body! 


- LOTS of smooth & muscular moves 


- Each week we will work on building the choreography & fine-tuning any moves that need more work on to get the best out of the course. By the end, it will encourage you to learn & understand how to put different movements together, some rhythm, and how these moves synchronise so well with the music. Belly Dance is a process, so the more you practice, the more your improvement will be incredible! 

It's highly advised to take these classes as many times as possible to feel this art form & nail the techniques to progress as a dancer.
