IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• Bookings close at 12:00 pm, 48 hours before the session
• No last minute bookings are accepted

This allows us to confirm group numbers and seating with the venue.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Because Just Meet is intentionally small, each booking matters.

• No shows or same day cancellations result in loss of eligibility to book future Just Meet sessions.

This helps protect the group experience, ensures reserved seats are used, and supports the venue by allowing them to plan appropriately.
