1.0 Tickets are only valid prior to reaching capacity within the venue, and we still reserve the right to refuse entry.

1.1 If you have purchased a table ticket entitles you to your table but YOU MUST all arrive together in your group if you are not all together you will not be allowed entrance until your entire party has arrived. See the host upon arrival to be shown to a table, once arrived your complimentary food will be served to you.

1.2 If you purchased the UON American football ticket this entitles you to a single entry into the venue.

1.4 Non-arrival does not constitute a refund.
