WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE FROM THE EVENT IF THEY BEHAVE IN A WAY THAT WE DEEM INAPPROPRIATE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE REMOVED OR REFUSED ENTRY. WE MAY HOLD A QUEUE AND ENTRY MAY BE STAGGERED TO MAINTAIN COVID SAFETY.

Terms & Conditions

We will not issue refunds unless an event is cancelled indefinitely, or in some cases where an event is rescheduled, and you cannot attend. In the event that an event is rescheduled, and you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you must request a refund in writing via email within 5 calendar days of our notice of reschedule to you, otherwise you will become ineligible for a refund. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred to you as a result of us rescheduling or cancelling an event. All terms and conditions apply to rescheduled events, unless you inform us of your refund request within the accepted time frame.Our events are based on a minimum number of attendees and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event if such numbers are not reached. We reserve the right to reschedule the event as many times as needed to reach the required number of attendees.You will be informed of the cancellation by email or using the other contact details that you provide when you book an event. It is your responsibility to provide correct contact information.No third-party costs will be covered if you turn up to a cancelled event. This includes but is not limited to, travel costs, accommodation, childcare costs.Cancellations and last-minute cancellations may be necessary in exceptional circumstances, and we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel your event. If this occurs: (i) we will use reasonable endeavours to contact, you but will not be liable for any transportation or other costs incurred by people who arrive at a cancelled event; (ii) you will be offered a full and prompt refund of all monies you have paid. Circumstances outside of our control include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, lockdowns, matters related to covid-19 or other outbreaks. If cancellation or curtailment of your event occurs as a result of circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care, we will not pay any compensation, nor be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result.We reserve the right to remove from the event anyone for any reason, including anyone who behaves inappropriately, illegally, aggressively, rudely, poses a threat to anyone’s safety,makes any comments that are unacceptable, makes the organisers uncomfortable or interferes with the integrity of the event. We will pass details of the offender to the authorities where appropriate.We may use photography at our events. Where we do take photos/videos, this will be strictly for showing the atmosphere, setup, or simply a full house for the purpose of displaying this on our social media or ad campaigns to allow prospective attendees to see what to expect.We cannot take any responsibility for any offence or upset caused to you by other attendees.We reserve the right to change venue and timings of events. We will attempt to give you as much notice as possible prior to any change. The closest available venue which is suitable will be used as a replacement. No refunds will be given in the event that you cannot attend due to change of venue. If you cannot attend due to the change of time, the refund policy for rescheduled events will apply.We aim to ensure that all members are equally comfortable in events, however some venues may not provide appropriate access for attendees who have accessibility requirements. Please contact us in advance of the event to ensure that we can take appropriate steps to allow you to enjoy the event, or, if the venue is limited in the adjustments that can be made, we will offer to help you attend another event at a more suitable venue. if possible. Please note that if you do not contact us, and require special assistance, our hosts will be limited in any arrangements they can make on the day of the event due to the detailed planning that is required for all events. Please contact us in advance to ensure we can take all reasonable steps for your benefit.These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
