This Valentine’s, we are teaming up with SATS in both Gothenburg and Stockholm and taking working out and dating to the next level! Join us on Friday, 13th February at SATS Kompassen for a unique singles workout event + after workout mingling and drinks (venue TBA). 💪❤️

‎The workout will be led by five engaging SATS instructors and PT´s. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, almost no choreography (for you who fear) — everyone is welcome to join!

Schedule:

🕠 17:30: Check-in, change, and get ready

🕕 18:00-19:00: Workout session: Interactive exercises designed to encourage connection and fun!*

🕖 19:30: After Workout Mingle (venue TBA)
You can also get a ticket for the post-workout mingle only. ‎ ‎

*To conduct the workout, you will be paired up with a partner. When arriving, you will get a wristband that signals who you are open to be teamed up with.
