The Property Club

Welcome to the 17th edition of The Property Club in London.

This event is a combination of a networking event for professionals of the Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, as well as private investors interested in properties in Uk and abroad. For this edition, we have introduced some changes, based on the feedback we have recently received.

The format is very informal, and there is no hard selling at all. We, the organisers, purely create the event and have no product or service to upsell.

This is the format of the evening.

Doors open 7 pm. We recommend trying to come as early as possible since this allows you to connect with many more people and also be much more "in the flow" over the course of the evening.

7 pm to 9.30pm. We have a reserved area for us, and everybody is welcome to introduce himself/herself to the other guests. As mentioned above, what makes this event different, is that we let people naturally connect with each other and at the same time, the host(s) is available to anybody who is seeking a specific type of guests or product or service provider or potential client.

9.30pm onwards. Guests are welcome to continue networking and for sure many will remain.

The event is held in Fifty9 in Mayfair. 
Fifty9 is a venue which will supersede anything before seen in London. Ideally located in the heart of Mayfair, the venue is divided between the Cocktail Lounge with stunning views of the square and the separate Club area with its sleek contemporary look and intimate feeling which is where we will hold the event
