MESSAGE TO KIDS: Please note that all guests must comply with the entry requirements. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry and your parent being notified. Our event has a strict zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol, and anyone found in POSSESSION or UNDER THE INFLUENCE will be handed over to the police immediately, which results in a no questions asked trip to hospital via police car or ambulance and parents notified. We are working in partnership with MERSEYSIDE POLICE and. WIRRAL BOROUGH CITY COUNCIL and any violations will result in arrest before, during, or after the event. BE WARNED... Our parties are good enough with out all that nasty stuff. Don't risk a criminal record at your age or even worse risk your health!.. If you become unwell at our event for any reason, we are here to help and look after you, let a member of staff know immediately and one of our trained medical staff will be at your assistance.

MESSAGE TO PARENTS: It is highly recommended that drop off and collection arrangements are made prior to the event to ensure the safety of all attendees. The venue address is Conway Street. Birkenhead CH41 4AH

Age restrictions are 13-16, and all attendees must bring a photograph form of photo ID to prove their age. Also, the attending child's parent must send an email to info@lockedoutevents.com with the child's name, parent's name, parent's contact number, and a statement giving permission for the child to attend the event. Every child will be checked in at the point of entry and must complete this process in order to gain entry to the event.

ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ALCOHOL BREATHALYSER > DRUG DETECTION DOG > METAL DETECTOR ARCH, DESK CHECK-IN TO GAIN ENTRY.

We have the right to refuse entry if we EVENT SUSPECT that you are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, or if you are carrying such items. No refunds will be given for any reason, including if the line-up changes, or if the date or venue must be changed for reasons beyond our control. The only exception is if the event must be cancelled with no option for a rescheduled date.Please note that this event may not be safe for some people with epilepsy as some lighting may be disruptive to those sensitive to light. We reserve the right to remove anyone for any unruly behaviour without a refund.

REFUNDS

No refunds shall be given for any reasons you are turned away or can no longer make the event. If an act cancels and can no longer make the event due to unforeseen circumstances and the line up has to change slightly, you will not be entitled to a refund as you are purchasing a ticket to Locked Out and not an arena single artist show, this is no fault of Locked Out. You will also not be entitled to a refund if the date and venue has to be changed for reasons out of our hands. The only time a refund shall be given is if the event has to be cancelled with no option of a rescheduled date.
