DLMab Gloucester - Hackathon #2

DMLab is a community of makers and musicians using our skills to develop new accessible musical instruments. This programme is already running in London and Manchester, and we will now be bringing our own version of DM Lab to Gloucester in 2025 and 2026.

In this session we will be focusing our creativity on reinventing the guitar.

The young people we work with love to rock out, but guitars are often the wrong shape and size for them. How can we redesign them to be more user friendly, cheaper, more portable and even more fun?

Join our team of hackers, musicians and tinkerers from The Music Works, Bleephaus, Drake Music, The Lab and Cheltenham Hackspace as we explore creating new instruments together.

Open to all - Under 14s should be accompanied by an adult
