We've taken over a private library and bar in one of Knightsbridge's most stunning venues for four hours. Doors six, soft music from the first pour, and a room worth arriving early for. 

No stiff formality, no one telling you what you should be tasting, just a proper wind-down with a glass in hand.

Five wines on the list, all New World. Bold, easy-drinking, built to convert a beer-and-spirits crowd. A couple of these will genuinely surprise you.
