Rise Dance

Rise is a unique event where you can dance to amazing music in a sober space. Dancing boosts physical fitness, enhances flexibility, improves mental health, fosters creativity and strengthens social connections.

Rise starts with a fun warm up session followed by dancing and ends with a guided relaxation.

We have a no phones policy while dancing and encourage dancers not to talk during the dance to fully immerse in the experience.
