The Parish is very happy for this one, headlined by two amazing singer songwriters....
A 7 fingered pianist and singer, Carol is probably best known for her singing work with Steve Ignorant (co-founder of punk legends CRASS) on his Last Supper world tour. She continues to perform with Steve in the acoustic project Slice Of Life, as well as providing keys and BVs for the likes of Ryan Hamilton and the Harlequin Ghosts, plus occasional jaunts with The Membranes and Ginger Wildheart.
“Cynical, oddly maniacal, yet mesmerizing and that simply covers the lyrical portion of our review. She takes vocal performance art to levels not seen or appreciated in perhaps twenty five years.”
