Experience your true self through the Sacred art of Dance and Music🧘

Join us for a serene Friday evening of Ecstatic Dance, Yogic Themes, Cacao and Meditation Ceremony, Sound healing, Breath-work, and Community. Come and shed away the struggles of your weeks and connect back with your true self. This is a safe space where we will embrace our inner stillness through movement, flow, ecstatic dance, meditation, ritual and community.

At Soham, we are all about living authentically. Soham derives from the Sanskrit term meaning “I am That and That I am” Our facilitators are trained in the yogic arts of healing, relaxation, consciousness and bliss!

These evenings are a sober event, we will be providing warm Cacao, which is a ceremonial natural plant medicine, which opens the heart and allows for a natural loving energiser. Connecting us back to our roots and our intentions.

Loose Evening Schedule

◈7:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Doors Open & Dance Warm-up

◈7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony, Positive Intention Setting, and Ecstatic Dance

◈ 9:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Breathwork Wind down, Relaxation, and Soundbath

◈9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Optional Fruit Social to feel energitic

Venue

Harrow Arts Centre, our venue offers a tranquil haven for your dance journey. Check your order confirmation email for exact details.

-Nearest bus stop is Harrow Arts Centre (Stop X) 2 min walk from the bus stop. Please check tfl.gov for latest travel updates.

-If you are driving, please be aware that the venue is in an Ultra Low Emission Zone and you may be liable to pay the daily fee.

-There is limited parking in Harrow Arts Centre

-There are bicycle racks at the venue to lock your bike if you are cycling.

-Venue is accessible to wheelchair users.

-Toilets are available at the venue.

***Please note: this is a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol space! This is one of the very few spaces where Londoners can go out dancing on a Friday night in London in a safe and clean sober space. Please respect this, and please don't come drunk or high as you will be refused entry or asked to leave. No refunds!***

CHILDREN: unfortunately these sessions are not suitable for children. Join us for outdoor dances instead :)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not offer refunds if you cannot attend; however we can transfer your ticket to another dance if you contact us via email at least 48h prior to the event. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member. If you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms, please DO NOT attend the session. If we need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
