I think we can all agree that last time round was one of the biggest nights Cavern has ever seen, with Denis Sulta dropping bangers left, right and centre. For our final night of term you can expect nothing less from one of the all time grime legends. Wiley and Novelist collaborator, Butterz label mainstay, and producer of the smash hit “Spartan”, Our House welcomes Spooky!SPOOKY (Butterz / Rinse FM):Spooky predates London’s legendary grime night Boxed by a decade—a massive file of free tracks he compiled in 2012 traces his grime resume all the way back to 2005. Like anyone with years of work under his belt, Spooky’s built up a lot of core strength: he surpassed his peers in his tracks' athletic brutality. His career-highlight 300-sampling "Spartan" (2010) sounds like its about to climb the Empire State Building and start snatching planes, and Wiley could barely keep up with his juddering system-failure instrumental on “Step 16.” He started DJing on pirate radio stations when he was 14—his mixes aren’t for the meek. Expect the Cavern foundations to shake like you’ve never seen before.

A man who continually pushes what is already a dynamic scene forward, expect the best of grime past, present and future. Armed with an unrivalled record collection encompassing RnB edits, heavy hitting vocal tracks from everybody in the history of his beloved genre and garage classics, Spooky is unrivalled in his field. Not just a killer DJ, recently, Spooky's lent his production skills to a staggering number of projects, including—but not limited to—Capo Lee's Why Not? mixtape, President T's Greatest To Ever Touch Down, as well as releasing his own productions and making an absolute tonne of radio appearances. 

Gracing every big club under the sun throughout his mammoth career, it’s a true pleasure for Our House to welcome a man who has truly seen every change and progression in the grime scene.
