You’ll be introduced to sausages from around the globe and will watch a demonstration of various techniques before trying them out yourself. Using only the best fresh ingredients, you’ll create flavour combinations that pack a punch especially the famed chorizo sausage. You’ll get to mix the fillings and shape them before cooking your creations to sausage perfection.
To round off the course, you’ll have the chance to taste some of the sausages and will walk away with the rest to share with family & friends.
