Ready Player one is a Pop up retro arcade with unlimited arcade game player time (free play, no coins required) for up to 3hrs per session all summer at Ready Player One, by Future Artists Studios.

The history of video games as told via a pop up arcade, designed by Future Artists Studios.

Come and play over 50+ retro video games in our very cool specially designed pop up arcade!

From vintage original machines like Space Invaders and Pac Man to rare Star Wars games, through 80s classics like afterburner and Outrun to the 90s hits of Street Fighter and many many more, including all the classic home entertainment systems (Sega, Nintendo, Atari) and a 1950's inspired pinball arcade - These are the real machines, some are over 30 years old, restored and ready for the next generation of players to test their skills and see who can be the top of the 'Ready Player One' scoreboard - are you ready!

When : From Saturday July 30th through till Sunday Sept 11th 2016 - days and sessions vary book in advance (typically 10am until 9.30pm)

Where : Future Artists Studios, 81 Chapel Street, Salford, M35BZ (next door to Honest Coffee)
All day parking is available from £4 at several local car parks, follow the signs, we are just 5 minute walk from Deansgate and 10 minutes from the Arndale, nearest Tram and Tran stop is Victoria Station, a 5 minute walk to us.

How to book: 
We run up to 4 sessions per day, each session is for 50 people, to make sure everyone gets game time, each session costs £12.95 and its all you can play for 3 hours ! (Discounts for group bookings)
Session 1 10am until 1pm (3hrs)
Session 2 1pm until 4pm (3hrs)
Session 3 4pm until 7pm (3hrs)

Single player (all ages) £12.95 per session.
Day Pass - All day £40 (Limited to 10 day passes per day)

Advance booking only, under 14's must be accompanied by a responsible adult, please arrive a few minutes before each session starts, and join the entry system, tickets either printed or on the app, please not that all game play must end at least 10 minutes before the session concludes.

Food and Drink available inside the show, players can not bring their own food and drink inside the building, and food and drink must be consumed in the designated area's.

Evening sessions (After 7pm) are for over 18's only ID WILL BE REQUIRED
